To do business by Mobile App in Kuwait, we need to have a legal license and to get the online payment from the payment gateway like ( Visa / Master Card / K-net) .

If you are Start-up, I would suggest tie-up with any existing companies for legalising your online business to speedup the paper work.

Does anyone know the legalities for doing business on Instagram and WhatsApp ??
