Way to Calculate 14K, 18K, 21K, 22K carat Gold Rate

As of today 23November 2013 the picture below shows the price of 24K of Gold in Kuwait.

The graph above depicts the rate as KD 11.280fils per gram of 24K gold .
We can calculate the price of 22K of gold as 22/24 X 11.280 , i.e, 0.917 x 11.280 = KD 10.340Fils
Similiarly 21K gold price will be 21/24 x 11.280 will be 0.875 x 11.280 = KD 9.870Fils, but the Gold traders in Kuwait sell at a very high price, as the below picture shows the Souk Watiya rate. The Rates in Dubai are much better then Kuwait.
